We offer 100% Natural hair products that are moisturizing, nourishing, strengthening, caring, and promote growth and retention of your hair lengths. A LIGHT Leave-In Moisturizer (little oil), Leave-In Moisturizer (more oil), a Hair Oil.

Which products are light or heavy?

When one of our products indicates LIGHT on the label, it means that its oil percentage is reduced. When a product does not indicate any details on the label, it means that the oil percentage is higher.

Can I use your products if I am transitioning from chemically relaxed hair to natural?

We sometimes offer free samples with certain purchases or during special promotions. Be sure to check our website from time to time for current offers.

Where can I buy your products?

Our products are available online on our website only.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What if I forgot to add an item to my order and I already paid?

CHELEVEUX cannot guarantee the grouping of separate orders: it is the responsibility of its customers to combine their purchases into a single order, in order to receive everything at the same time. If you forgot to add an item to your cart, you will have to place another order or wait for your next purchase.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped to Canada Post or UPS service offices.

Once sent to Canada Post or UPS offices, please be patient and your order should arrive between 2 - 7 business days within our shipping zone of Canada or United States.

Please note that once a package has left our offices in Canada to Post Canada or UPS offices, all updates and delivery estimates are out of our control and controlled by Canada Post or UPS courier services. We apologize for any additional delays.

How much does delivery cost?

For all orders of $100 and more, delivery is FREE.

For any other order , there is no standard rate, the pricing is calculated by Canada Post or UPS services based on the weight of your package and your address. This pricing will be provided to you at the payment stage.

What can I do to prevent my package from being stolen?

If your package is being delivered to a location at risk of theft, go online to the Canada Post or UPS website as soon as you receive your tracking number and indicate in advance your preference for post office pickup instead of delivery.

What if I entered the wrong address or it was incomplete for the delivery service?

Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for any delivery delivered to the wrong address or lost due to an error in their delivery information. CHELEVEUX cannot be held responsible for customer errors and no refunds will be issued.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

Once an order is placed, no adjustments or cancellations can be made.

Where does my product come from?

Our products are formulated, manufactured, packaged and shipped from our offices in Montreal, Quebec, Canada .

Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately!

We would love to be able to do this. However, the high costs of this service do not allow us to offer delivery at the moment.

What carrier service do you use?

Canada Post or UPS service is used for delivery within Canada and the United States.

Do you deliver to a PO box?

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to a PO Box.

Can I track my order with a tracking number?

Once your order is placed, it will take 2 - 4 business days to process your order before being sent to UPS. When an order leaves our offices you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note , when you receive your tracking number, it may take up to 2-7 days before you see an update or any other communication of your tracking number. You should check your tracking number regularly for new updates .

RETURN - EXCHANGE - REFUND

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products we do NOT accept ANY RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. When you make a purchase from our online store all sales are final.
