DELIVERY, ORDER, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY DELIVERY
We offer all our deliveries by Canada Post Courier Service - Standard Delivery (2 to 7 business days transit) or UPS Expedited, Standard or Express Service (2 business days transit or more) depending on the destination.
CHELEVEUX is in no way responsible for stolen packages when the package is left at the door. Fixed price or free deliveries do not include delivery with signature.
We strive to ship orders within a reasonable time, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address corrections.
The risk of loss and title to all products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME - ORDER SHIPPING
It takes 2-4 business days to process AND ship an order to Canada Post or UPS. All orders are processed Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding public holidays, all holidays and weekends.
CHELEVEUX cannot guarantee the grouping of separate orders: it is the customer's responsibility to combine their purchases into a single order, wherever possible, in order to receive everything at the same time.
All orders are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply and may reject or cancel any order without providing reason.
The prices of our products and their ingredients are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. In the event of an error in pricing a product, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately display the colors and specifications of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately represent the Products. We also make every effort to always offer the same packaging. However, we cannot guarantee that the packaging is always the same when our suppliers are out of stock.
RETURN - REFUND
When an order is placed at our online store, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We do not offer any refunds. Any sale on our store is final. You can and CHE LE VEUX appreciates knowing from its customers any problems related to delivery in order to always be able to satisfy its customers.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
